RV Park Terms & Conditions

Rules & Regulations

  1. No open ground fires are permitted.
  2. Prices are based on 2 people per RV site. If you have more than 2 people per RV site the rate is $15.00 per extra person per day. (2 Children or Grand-Children under the age of 12 can accompany adults free)
  3. We have a shower house and laundry for the use of our paying customers.
    1. Please leave outside door closed when using shower house.  There is a combination lock on the door and all RV park guests will have it.
    2. A security camera monitors who goes in and out of the shower house.  If you notice any thing wrong with the facility please report to the camp host immediately, we will have the last person that entered that shower room on film and the time they entered.
  4. Quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.   
  5. You are responsible for the action of yourself and your guests.
  6. It is your responsibility to have the proper sewer connections and clean up any spillage caused by your unit.
  7. Please observe a 5mph speed limit throughout the park.
  8. Hanging of clothes on or around your RV is prohibited.  There are laundry facilities for your convenience. No cloths lines permitted in the park.
  9. Keep your area clean & neat.  Be a good neighbor.
  10. Pets are permitted, (except during Braun Reunion see below) but must be kept in doors and on a leash while walking in the area.  THEY POOP YOU SCOOP. Do not tie up pets outside of RV.  
  11. Pull-thru sites are designed for RV and 1 vehicle. Please have any guest of yours park vehicle outside the fence.
  12. No generators are allowed.
  13. Please do not walk through other guest sites uninvited.  Please refrain from using empty sites as they have been groomed for the next guest.
  14. Vehicle repair and changing oil is not allowed on site.  Washing of RV is allowed if rented for 1 month or more.
  15. When departing from park, try not to block the ingress and egress of other vehicles.
  16. No sub leasing or selling of spots. All reservations must go through the management.
  17. Electric Cars are NOT ALLOWED to plug into power at RV sites.
  18. NO Tents Allowed in RV Park (except during event dates).

BRAUN REUNION ADDITIONAL RULES

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!!!! If you arrive with a pet, you will be asked to leave without a refund!!!! Sorry but pets and strangers just don’t mix.

You must have a shower band to use the shower house.

We have placed outside toilets for your convenience during the Braun Family Reunion. If you just need a restroom please use the outside toilet.

Cancelation Fee: $40.00 if done before July 26th, after this date full charge.

If you or your guests violate these simple rules you and your guests will be expelled without any refund and not allowed to return.
