Park open dates
April 15th to October 15th subject to weather. If looking for a date prior to April or after October please email or call the office.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellations made before 3 days before arrival will be refunded in the form in which it was paid, less a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations 2 days before arrival will not receive a refund.
What time is check in and check out?
You may check in at noon to RV sites. All check outs are at 11:00 AM.
Can I get a late check out?
We may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available. Additional fees may apply. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests please plan prompt departures.
At RV pets are welcomed (except during event dates)
Pets must be kept on a maximum leash at all times and under the control of their owner; or must be left inside guest accommodation. Pets may not be left outside unattended. Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pet. All pet droppings must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle. Pets are prohibited in Resort buildings and amenity areas. For the protection of, and in consideration of our guests, noisy, vicious or unruly pets are not allowed. Guests who are unable to control their pets must remove them from the premises, or the animal may be taken by local animal control authorities. Additionally, exotic pets are strictly prohibited. Please be advised that guests should carry proof of pet’s current vaccinations.
How many vehicles can I bring to the park?
One RV and one extra vehicle are allowed per site and must be parked completely on the site. On-site vehicle maintenance is strictly prohibited.
How many people are included in the RV site rate?
Unless otherwise stated, 2 adult guests are included in the rate. Children under the age of 12 may stay free of charge. Additional guests over 2 people will cost $15 per person/per day unless under 12 years of age. Unless otherwise stated, there is a six guest maximum (including children) per space.
When are quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 11 pm – 7 am. Please be courteous to other guests around you. Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave.
How do I connect to the free WiFi?
Turn on your computer or restart it if it is in standby.
Enable your WiFi adapter and make sure it is turned on.
Connect to the Challis_RV East or Challis_RV North WiFi Network. The password was provided to you at the time you made your reservation via email.
